- Check any/all areas in which you would like to help: Advertising/Media- Writing articles for the church & school bulletins, Facebook, interacting with POCs from newspaper, radio tv, etc. Altar Assembly/Dismantling- Assemble altar several days prior to and dismantle on evening following closing of Altar in Gym Altar Decorating- Decorate altar with tableclothes, florals, candles, signage Altar Programs & Blessing- Creating/editing program, Tupa Tupa & blessings, etc. Baker/Cooking- Bake cookies, desserts, cakes, pastries; cooking casseroles for Altar and/or ensuring Volunteers assist, etc. Candle Memorials- Ordering candles and organizing program, setting up tables, etc. Clean up/distribute Food to Charities- Find charities, coordinate distribution methods and pickup, etc. Donations- Work with others to gather donations, etc. Feeding Visitors- Cooks, servers, setup and cleanup of meal School Liaison- Creating a plan to keep the children and parents involved
